An evening of reflection, ritual, and honoring the wisdom held in the body. Together we’ll explore the cycles of change, grief, and renewal while reconnecting with the intuitive intelligence that lives within us.
(Themes of seasonal transition echo ancient spring traditions that honor renewal, healing, and the first stirrings of growth.)

🌿 Community Panel Discussion
at Kompoocha Brewing
A gathering of voices exploring healing, growth, and the questions that shape our lives.
Real conversation. Real community. Real curiosity.
✨ March is about remembering what is already stirring beneath the surface.
Come sit in the circle.

Womb Wisdom
This is an initiation, not a class.
A ceremonial, interactive workshop inviting you to drink from the chalice of your own inner wisdom and consciously step into the next chapter of your life.
This gathering honors the womb as a center of memory, creativity, intuition, and deep knowing. Whether you experience the womb physically, energetically, or symbolically, this space welcomes you into a relationship with the wisdom that lives in your body and lineage.
Through ritual, reflection, and embodied practice, we will:
• Call in ancestral wisdom and honor the roots that shaped us
• Explore the womb as a vessel of intuition, memory, and creative power
• Release inherited patterns that no longer serve
• Initiate ourselves into this stage of our journey with intention and reverence
This is a remembering.
A return.
A conscious initiation into your own authority.
You are not being given wisdom.
You are drinking from what has always been yours.
Lantern Circle
The Lantern Circle is a monthly panel and community conversation for healers, therapists, and coaches.
Each gathering brings together three perspectives—a licensed therapist, a coach, and an energy healer—to explore complex human themes through different but complementary lenses. The intention is not debate or performance, but thoughtful dialogue.
These panels are designed to:
-
Foster cross-discipline respect and collaboration
-
Encourage ethical reflection and professional maturity
-
Explore difficult or nuanced topics with humility
-
Support nervous-system awareness in care work
-
Build community among those who hold space for others
This is not a clinical training, therapy session, or confessional space. It is a reflective forum grounded in curiosity, discernment, and shared responsibility.
Whether attending or participating, the goal is to deepen awareness, strengthen integrity, and illuminate the work we carry.
