Return & Cancellation Policy

All Returns must be initiated via email to: Katie@magicovermatters.co

Refunds will be initiated within 10 business days from receipt of returned item.

 

Apparel & Totes: We will accept returns for apparel that is damage free, we will refund 100% of product cost, minus shipping, within 30 days of purchase.  If apparel shows signs of use, there will be no refund. Refunds will be made AFTER apparel has been received and inspected. Tracking numbers must be used and provided for all returns.

Candles: We will accept returns for unused and undamaged Candles, we will refund 100% of product cost, minus shipping, within 30 days of purchase. If candle shows signs of use, there will be no refund. Refunds will be made AFTER candle has been received and inspected. Tracking numbers must be used and provided for all returns. Buyer is responsible for appropriate packaging. Candles returned damaged will not be refunded.

Event Cancellation: If cancelling attendance to an event, you MUST contact us within 2 hours prior to the start of the event to request a refund. Refunds will be made within 10 business days of response to initial email, if granted.
